Registering your interest
The registration form asks for your first and last name, email address, clinic name, clinic website and clinic address, including address lines, town or city and postcode. We also keep the date of submission and technical information needed to operate and protect the form. Please do not include patient or clinical information.
We use these details to record your interest, send an acknowledgement to the email address you provided and contact you about your enquiry and potential participation in Vitta Skinplan. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in responding to people who have asked to hear from us about the project. Submitting the form does not add you to a general marketing mailing list. We would ask for a separate choice before sending unrelated or ongoing promotional emails.
Where the information is stored and sent
The submission is saved in the Fluent Forms entries area of this WordPress website. A notification with the submitted details is emailed to our Vitta Skinplan team at vittaskinplan@jenvittanuova.com, and an acknowledgement is emailed to you. Our website hosting and email delivery providers process information on our behalf. We do not sell your details or share an interest registration with participating clinics.
How long we keep it
We keep registration details while we respond to your interest and consider clinic participation. We review them when recruitment and follow-up for this stage of the project ends and delete enquiries that have not led to an ongoing relationship, unless a limited record is needed for legal or compliance reasons. You can ask us to remove your details sooner.
Website and security information
The site and its hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser and request time to deliver the page, prevent misuse and investigate faults. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website for this purpose.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or restrict or object to its use, by emailing vittaskinplan@jenvittanuova.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
